世界をリードする半導体製造企業として原材料の使用パラメータとプロセス改善のための技術的ソリューションを調整し、サプライヤーと協力してソースでの資源消費を継続的に最小限に抑え、地球環境を守る取り組みを徹底しております。

職務内容
1. 安全な廃棄物処理戦略の計画、実施、予算管理、およびすべての廃棄物処理活動が環境法令遵守
2. 廃棄物処理に関するリスクアセスメント（外部プロバイダーとの契約管理を含む）
3. 化学物質対象品の保管管理や有害・非有害廃棄物の出荷に関する記録（作業記録や検査記録を含む）の監査、規制当局への報告書等の提出
4. 廃棄物のリサイクル率を向上させ、埋立と焼却の比率を下げる戦略策定
5. 有害物質及び廃棄物規制機関との調整
6. 有害・非有害廃棄物の流れやオペレーションエリアの検査に関する行政規制の遵守を確保するための社内コンプライアンス順守への取り組み

1. 有害・非有害廃棄物管理における3年以上の関連経験（半導体業界経験者は尚可）
2. 環境基本法、廃棄物処理法、循環型社会形成推進基本法、資源有効利用促進法など、日本の廃棄物管理・資源循環関連法規に精通していること
3. 特別管理廃棄物規制に精通していること
4. 批判的思考と問題解決能力を有し、問題の導入と克服、プロセスの改善を行うことができること
5. コミュニケーション能力があり、チームワークを大切にする方
6. 日本語と英語に堪能であること

年俸：600万円　～　1200万円
